Refunds & Returns

We want you to have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date you receive your product. If this period has passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. For certain products, a 5-day return window applies, which will be mentioned on the product page.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Returns are possible only when a replacement is unavailable due to stock limitations. Shipping

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually by the next working day. In some cases, it may take up to 48 hours. Delivery timelines vary based on location:

Metro and Tier-1 cities: Within 5 working days

Other locations across India: Up to 7 working days

No worries! We will make up to three delivery attempts if you're unavailable. You'll receive a WhatsApp message where you can easily schedule a reattempt at a date and time that suits you best.

Yes! You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you've already made a payment and need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of making the payment so we can assist you in time.
