We want you to have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date you receive your product. If this period has passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. For certain products, a 5-day return window applies, which will be mentioned on the product page.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Returns are possible only when a replacement is unavailable due to stock limitations. If a replacement is not available, you may choose an exchange for another product of the same value or opt for a coupon of equal value.

Shipping

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually by the next working day. In some cases, it may take up to 48 hours. Delivery timelines vary based on location:

Metro and Tier-1 cities: Within 5 working days

Other locations across India: Up to 7 working days

We currently deliver to selected pin codes and locations. If you would like to check delivery availability for your area, please feel free to contact us. You will receive regular updates on your shipment's status at every step, from order confirmation to final delivery.

📦 How Can I Track My Parcel?

Once your order leaves our Fulfillment Center, you will receive a WhatsApp message and an email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your parcel's journey in real time!

🚚 What Happens If My Parcel Arrives While I’m Not There?

No worries! We will make up to three delivery attempts if you're unavailable. You'll receive a WhatsApp message where you can easily schedule a reattempt at a date and time that suits you best.

🛑 Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes! You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you've already made a payment and need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of making the payment so we can assist you in time.

💰 Can I Get a Refund If Something Is Wrong with My Order?

Absolutely! If something goes wrong with your order, we’ve got you covered. You can request:

✔ A full refund if your product was never delivered (i.e., the shipping company received it from us but failed to deliver it to you).

✔ A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.

🚨 Please note: If the product is marked as "delivered" in the tracking system, we won’t be able to issue a refund. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly.

We cannot provide a refund if:

❌ The product was delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by you.
